Best Rate Travel, Inc. Signs Strategic Alliance with Coast Resource Development, Inc.

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Best Rate Travel, Inc. (OTC:BTVL) via Best Rate Holdings, an Operational company, entered into a strategic alliance with Coast Resource Developments, Inc. (CRD), a commercial real estate developer.

In this strategic alliance, Best Rate Travel Inc. (OTC:BTVL) will have the ability to capitalize on CRD's extensive experience as well as its partners' expertise in the design, construction and marketing of resort residential properties, commercial projects, residential sites, assisted living and multi-family (student housing) programs, and car rental facilities.

On Tuesday, January 16, 2007 Best Rate Travel announced it had entered into a joint venture with National Home Building and Remodeling Corp. to create International Builders Incorporated to construct its vacation homes and luxury quarter shares.

On Wednesday, December 27, 2006 Best Rate Travel announced its signing of a Letter of Intent to acquire 105 Riverside LLC, including all associated real estate assets, to build a $35 Million boutique resort in prestigious Pompano Beach, which won the 2005 All American City Award. The resort is scheduled to open October 2008.
