Administaff acquires HRTools.com

Administaff has extended and strengthened its role as a human resources department for the small and medium-sized banking industry by expanding its technology-based workforce management solutions with the recent acquisition of HRTools.com, a leading online portal for HR products, services and information

Key online products include JobDescription .com, PerformanceReview.com and PersonnelPolicy.com. A bundled package of these online products also is provided through the HR Productivity Center, which is accessible on a subscription basis through HRTools.com.

The acquisition also included four desktop products - Descriptions Now, Policies Now, Performance Now and People Manager - all of which are marketed through national distributors as well as sold online through HRTools.com. In addition, all four desktop products are available as a bundled package called Ultimate Employer.

These products are a strong complement to Administaff s professional employer organization services, which include a comprehensive range of people strategies that provide clients with administrative relief, big company benefits, reduced liabilities and a systematic way to improve productivity.

Bank managers who recognize the importance of investing in a people strategy can benefit on two fronts by entering into a relationship with Administaff: 1). gaining access to a suite of HR productivity software and Web products, or 2). a comprehensive array of HR services offered through the PEO concept.
