Tour Abitare Italia is organized by Federlegno-Arredo, the Italian Federation of wood, cork, furniture and furnishing manufacturers and ICE-Italian Trade Commission, Atlanta. For the past six years, Tour Abitare Italia has helped enliven New York's design scene with events each spring that draw designers and consumers to that city's leading Italian design showrooms. With its success in New York, Tour Abitare Italia inaugurated its annual Los Angeles edition in 2002 and will launch in Miami in November 2004.

After six extraordinary years in New York, and two in Los Angeles, Tour Abitare Italia is finally coming to Miami. From 6-9pm on Tuesday, November 30th, selected showrooms throughout the Miami Design District and Coral Gables will preview the latest designs from Italy's most renowned furniture and furnishings manufacturers, and host the public with Italian wine and food. Two lucky attendees will also win a trip to Milan's legendary furniture fair, Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2005. In addition, all attendees will receive a limited edition drawing by Massimo Iosa Ghini created exclusively for Tour Abitare Italia 2004.

The third annual Tour Abitare Italia Los Angeles edition will showcase the best in Italian creativity. On Thursday, December 2, from 6-9pm, selected showrooms throughout West Hollywood will preview the latest designs from Italy's most renowned furniture and furnishings manufacturers, and host the public with Italian wine and food. Two lucky attendees will
also win a trip to Milan's legendary furniture fair, Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2005. In addition, all attendees will receive a limited edition drawing by Massimo Iosa Ghini created exclusively for Tour Abitare Italia 2004.
