Richard Pollack & Associates is Hired By McCarthy Cook
Richard Pollack & Associates (RPA), a San Francisco-based interior architecture firm, has been awarded the opportunity to provide Professional Tenant services to McCarthy Cook for their 33 New Montgomery and 350 Sansome Street locations in San Francisco.

Cook & Co. (MCC) is a real estate investment and development company who successfully acquires, leases, develops, entitles, manages and sells numerous assets in its role as lead manager and operating partner with institutional investors.
RPA will provide McCarthy Cook with the ability to move quickly with a "sellable" plan and business deal- providing leverage for the productive leasing of space. It will enable McCarthy Cook to develop a plan quickly and in tune with the Tenant's expressed needs and goals for the space. RPA will provide highly targeted space planning, followed by construction documents and construction administration.
