Environmental group WWF (Godalming, U.K.) and The Co-Operative Bank (Skelmersdale, U.K.) say they have completed a study that identifies for the first time that children in the U.K. have higher concentrations of certain toxic chemicals in their bodies, and a greater overall number of synthetic chemicals in their bodies, than their parents. The study found 80 synthetic chemicals out of 104 tested for, in blood samples taken from 33 children from seven families across the U.K., WWF says. Only 75 of the chemicals were found in the children's parents and 56 in the children's grandmoth
