Dec. 1--PALM BEACH, Fla.-- The future of the town's only public school is a tale of its two historic campuses and an expensive piece of real estate.
Palm Beach Public elementary's 2.4-acre east campus will close after this school year so contractors can build a $13.1 million, two-story replacement that preserves the original 1921 schoolhouse building.
