Colorado Expects Little Impact from Solar Flare.

Oct. 24-- For anyone climbing Mount Everest or rowing the Atlantic Ocean, communications may be a mess today.
But for nearly everyone else, including Coloradans, the massive solar flare streaking toward Earth seems unlikely to disrupt the day.
"I can't see anything impacting anybody here," said Bill Murtagh, a space weather forecaster at the federal Space Environment Center in Boulder.
