The price of UK electricity for industrial customers has fallen below that of France, to fifth cheapest in the EU, the Electricity Association's quarterly survey has revealed. Germany, Italy, Spain and now France are among ten EU member countries whose industrial electricity is more expensive than that supplied in the UK.
