Study Claims Indianapolis Area Lags in Outlays for Public Infrastructure.

Sep. 13--The Indianapolis area lags behind the rest of the nation in building roads, schools and other public infrastructure that improves quality of life and helps companies thrive and create jobs, an Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis study says.
