Ireland -- Minister for Enterprise Mary Harney has referred Maxol Energy's proposed acquisition of Buselle, better known as Estuary Group, to the authority to allow it to examine the effect the deal could have on retail petrol prices. She said she wanted the examination to focus in particular on the effect of motor fuel prices in the Clare and Limerick regions.
