MUDANJIANG, Apr 20, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Mudanjiang Petrol-chemical Co., Ltd. (MPC) has signed a contract in Hong Kong and realizedits dream.

MPC was established in the 1980s with the annual capacity of 10,000 tons and a 100,000-square-meter production area. But after a trial in 1997, the company ended its operation, leavingits VAC production lines vacant.
