Oct. 13--SAUDI ARABIA QUIETLY RAISES OUTPUT: Saudi Arabia is quietly boosting oil production before a possible US attack on Iraq to head off an oil price spike, reported Reuters. London sources said the kingdom pumped 8.12 million bpd of oil in September, much higher than expected. This puts Riyadh 15 per cent over its Opec quota and will help to stabilise oil prices this winter.
USD400 MILLION ABU DHABI BIDDERS: Technip-Coflexip with National Petroleum Construction, Chiyoda, Bouygues Offshore and Snamprogetti are lining up to bid for
