Adair International Announces Commencement of Drillingin Harris and Chambers County, Texas.

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--February 24, 1998--

Revenue Potential Exceeds $27,000,000

Adair International Oil & Gas, Inc. (OTC BB:AIGI) today announced that the Company will commence drilling of the Goose Creek Salt Dome early

in the second quarter of 1998. The Dome has produced approximately 220,000,000 barrels of oil and unknown quantities of gas. Adair has acquired the rights to state tracts "21" and "361".

The Company intends to recover over 750,000 barrels of oil and 4 to 5 billion cubic feet of gas and gas condensate which could result in revenues in excess of $27,000,000.
