UK-based FORUM ENERGY PLC is currently considering the construction of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant in the Philippines, following third-party confirmation that its Sampaguita gas find off Palawan Island holds at least 3.4 trillion cubic feet (TCF) of proven reserves.
