Question: Why all the talk about Itch training these days?

Answer: There are two reasons. From what we can tell, the industry is kiting a shortage of technicians. As new technicians come into the oilheating trade, they need to be trained. Also, there has been some new and exciting technology introduced that creates the need for additional training.

A: Pre-purge and post purge controls. Energy management equipment. Advanced burner design. Increased appliance efficiencies, just to name a few.
