Motorcycle specialist Bennetts has promoted Kal Sarara (formerly director) to managing director.

Janet Eagle-Smith becomes associate director, having

joined Budget Group in 2002 as regional manager for Budget Retail and graduated from the Open University Business School in Business in 1996. Her career started at GA, followed by 15 years with AA, concluding as regional sales manager and national sales development manager. She was also regional sales manager with the Swinton Group.

Simon de Choisy has been appointed as senior finance manager. He was previously a strategy and financial planning manager at AMP Bank and more recently decision support contractor at Barclaycard.

Barry Dickson is appointed as dealer manager for Bennetts new dealer programme. Previously dealer manager with Carole Nash Insurance, his management career includes supermarket manager at Aldi Stores. More recently, he spent time in Ohio, USA as a soccer coach at the John F Kennedy High School.
