FormFactor, Inc. announced today that Mark Brandemuehl has been promoted to vice president of Corporate Marketing.
Prior to his promotion, Brandemuehl was director, Probe Card Marketing for FormFactor, the world's leading supplier

In this newly created position, Brandemuehl will now drive all of FormFactor's marketing efforts based on their MicroSpring(TM) contact technology.
In addition to Probe Cards, he is now responsible for the marketing and licensing of FormFactor's revolutionary Wafer On Wafer (WOW) process. The WOW process encompasses sort, burn-in, low-speed test, and high-speed test all performed on a complete wafer which allows for reliable, low-cost module assembly practices.
Brandemuehl has 15 years of experience in semiconductor marketing, design and manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, and semiconductor manufacturing software. Prior to joining FormFactor, he held senior marketing positions at KLA-Tencor, managing the Yield Link probe floor software product line and the RAPID reticle inspection equipment line.
He has also worked at TYECIN Systems, a developer of semiconductor fabrication scheduling and planning software; Dawn Technologies, developer of a line of device simulation software; and Standard Microsystems, a manufacturer of communications and controller integrated circuits. Brandemuehl holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
