Prior to joining FormFactor, Frans was with ON Semiconductor, where as vice president and general manager he held overall P&L responsibility for the $300 million Broadband Business Group. Previously at Philips Semiconductors, as senior vice president and general manager of the $375 million Logic Products Group, he was instrumental in increasing earnings, cash flow and sales. In total, he has a 20-year record of leadership experience in general management and marketing for major semiconductor companies.
