Product Description: 1st Silicon (1Si) offers 0.25micron-m,
0.18micron-m and 0.15micron-m logic and mixed-signal technology as
well as embedded non-volatile memories, CMOS color image sensors, high
voltage and CCD processes. These technologies are vital in computer
multimedia, Internet-enabled applications, DSP-based products,
micro-controllers, LCD controllers / drivers, automotive and smart
card applications. The 0.25micron-m embedded flash process is
available now. The 0.15micron-m process will be available in Q1 2005.

circuit designers area estimation and floor-planning capability early
in the design cycle, allowing for important performance/cost/packaging
decisions. Model Quality Assurance (MQA) assesses the quality of
