Elpida Cooperates With SMIC On DRAM Manufacturing

CHINA, Jan 02, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Elpida Memory (EM), a Japanese chipmaker, will provide Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC), a Chinese semiconductor manufacturer, with the advanced chips manufacturing technology and the outsourcing business of DRAM manufacturing.
