Prudential Real Estate's rapidly expanding e-commerce capabilities have come together under one roof today at the 1999 PC Expo, which runs from June 22-24 at the Jacob
The Prudential applications for the Palm VII organizer, the first all-in-one wireless handheld organizer from Palm Computing, Inc., a 3Com company, now deliver instant access to the Prudential Real Estate Network, allowing users to find a real estate professional and locate a wide array of Prudential home listings. In addition, Palm VII organizer users will soon have the ability to identify open houses in a specific area.
Users of the Palm VII organizer simply enter a search into the unit and submit it to the Internet via a wireless connection. Through the ease of the new "web clipping" feature of the Palm VII, information will be provided to users almost immediately.

Visitors can now "Find a Home" by searching the largest online database of homes for sale by Prudential Real Estate network members nationwide. Also, they can "Find a Neighborhood" that matches their needs by searching community profiles that include information on schools, cultural and recreational resources, crime statistics, cost of living and more. Moreover, visitors who register and save searches on the "Personal Planner" notification tool at www.prudential.com/realestate will receive automatic e-mail updates of new listings that match their criteria.
Another new feature on Prudential Real Estate's web site is the addition of virtual home tours. Visitors to Prudential's site now have access to panoramic, 360-degree digital video images of selected home listings.
