World Wise Technologies Inc. ("World Wise") announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, General Cybernetics Inc. ("GCI"), has released

its internet ready ROBCON-2000 online/offline control and simulation software platform operating on Microsoft Windows 2000(TM).

General Cybernetics Inc. has released its ROBCON-2000 software platform on the Windows 2000(TM) Operating system in order to take full advantage of the new innovations and connectivity of the Microsoft(TM) product such as USB and FIREWIRE(TM) and Plug and Play capabilities. ROBCON-2000 software platform is online/offline simulation and control software that can either operate stand alone or seamlessly with GCI's PC based controllers and Smart products using the USB and FIREWIRE(TM) bus systems. ROBCON-2000 differentiates itself from other simulation and control solutions through its ease of use, flexibility and integration with other application software. Currently ROBCON-2000 is integrated with an Offline Welding Planner (OLP), Online weld monitoring software and various third party products. This product is designed to maximize productivity within the robot welding world, as well as other industrial process systems. ROBCON-2000, a ROBSIM product, is the platform software for the Internet driven, Totally Integrated Manufacturing System ("TIMS") concept leading to "Lights Off Factory" concept.

World Wise will unveil an all encompassing marketing strategy incorporating both traditional and on-line sales for the ROBSIM family of products and services in the second week of March.
