Yevoli Named President of Ener-Tek Merger
Ener-Tek Inc. of Pawcatuck, Connecticut, has merged its two technology companies, Yardney Technical Products Inc. and Lithion Inc., and named Vince Yevoli president and chief operating officer. He previously was general manager for Lithion and vice president of Yardney.

Lithion Inc. designs, manufactures and tests rechargeable lithiumion cells and batteries and Yardney Technical Products Inc. manufactures silver-based primary and secondary cells and batteries. Both companies serve the aerospace, DoD and maritime industries with high performance and low weight design solutions for a growing list of applications.
