Job outlook for people who don't have a bachelor's degree.

You have skills. You have knowledge. And you can have a good career--regardless of whether you have a bachelor's degree. According to U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) projections, millions of job openings will be available between 2002 and 2012 for people who don't have a bachelor's degree. And many of these job openings will be in high-paying occupations.

A bachelor's degree brings many benefits, but it is not the only route to a job. In fact, most jobs are filled by workers who do not have a degree, and BLS does not expect that to change. Between 2002 and 2012,
