Headlight, a leading provider of hosted, Web-based, corporate training solutions, announced it signed a one-year contract with Avis, (NYSE:AVI), to provide a comprehensive online training package

for 200 Avis field sales staff. Avis is one of the world's leading service and information providers of automotive transportation and vehicle management solutions.

Headlight's tailored "Corporate Online University" provides Avis with a proprietary Learner Management System. This will allow Avis team leaders to effectively manage, monitor and track employee performance and realize a 50 to 70 percent cost savings over traditional classroom courses. In addition, Headlight's Web-based training solution enables corporations like Avis to choose from a wide breadth of 3,000 customizable courses from over 40 leading, content publishers such as SkillSoft.
