General Physics Corporation Vice President named to Advisory Committee at Excelsior College.

Global workplace solutions provider General Physics Corporation (GP), a subsidiary of GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE:GPX), announced that Don Duquette, Senior Vice President, has been appointed to

the Nuclear Engineering Technology Industrial Advisory Committee at Excelsior College for a five-year term. Mr. Duquette was selected for his disciplinary expertise, past experience, support of the Excelsior College mission, and dedication to the needs and interests of adult learners.

As a member of the industrial advisory committee, Mr. Duquette will advise the Dean of the School of Business and Technology and other College personnel on numerous issues including program goals, objectives and content as well as recruitment of faculty and identifying methods to maintain high program visibility and stature.

Mr. Duquette is responsible for leading GP's e-Learning services group that develops and implements e-learning strategies and solutions for Global 2000 corporations. Mr. Duquette has over 24 years of workforce development and training experience. Prior to his joining the e-Learning group, he was the head of GP's Energy Consulting Practice where he managed the development of competency evaluation software and learning management system software for the power industry. In addition, he managed the development and upgrade of 1800 computer based training lessons for the power industry and the conversion of these lessons to a web-based product. He holds a BS degree from Johns Hopkins University and an Executive MBA from Loyola.
