Triangle CEO Summit Comes to NCSU on Nov. 10.

RALEIGH, N.C. -- On Thursday, Nov. 10, nearly 300 community leaders, business professionals and graduate students will convene at the 2005 Triangle CEO Summit at North Carolina State University.

The Triangle CEO Summit, presented by Carolina Business Review, brings together several of

the region's most influential business leaders to discuss major issues that affect companies and communities in the Carolinas, including economic development, education and corporate ethics.

Panelists include: Bob Greczyn, president and CEO of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina; Stephen P. Zelnak Jr., chairman and CEO of Martin Marietta Materials, Inc.; Jim Hyler, vice chairman and COO of First Citizens Bank; Robert McGehee, chairman and CEO of Progress Energy, Inc.; and Jim Goodmon, president and CEO of Capitol Broadcasting Co.

The event begins with a cocktail reception at 6:00 p.m. in the McKimmon Conference and Training Center at NCSU in Raleigh, N.C. The panel discussion begins at 8:00 p.m. and will be broadcast live on the local PBS station, UNC-TV. Graduate students are invited to a special student-only Q&A session from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.

Celebrating its 15th Anniversary this year, Carolina Business Review is the longest running and most widely watched PBS program about business in the Carolinas. Chris William, the show's host and co-creator, will moderate the event.
