Apr. 20--NEW DELHI -- The government is planning to split its efforts to prosecute former senior employees of the now-defunct Daewoo Motors India (DMIL) in a suspected $36-m serious fraud into two separate proceedings against the Indian and Korean nationals for swift conviction.

The ongoing prosecution proceedings launched by the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) seems to have reached a dead end as far as the Korean employees are concerned.
