A press conference announcing the renovation of the Kay Building in downtown Benton Harbor for professional office space will be held on Thursday, July 10th at 12
A total of 100 professional jobs will be relocated to downtown Benton Harbor. This is an anchor development for the Harbor Town redevelopment project.
The Kay Building, located along Main Street in Benton Harbor, was home to a Sears Roebuck Department Store, beginning in the 1920s. It later became a Woolworth Department Store. The building has been vacant for the last 16 years.
