Mar. 13--New service jobs helped push San Diego's unemployment rate down a couple notches last month, reaffirming the county's status as one of the most consistent engines of job growth in the state.
San Diego County added 7,200 jobs in February, with the biggest increases coming in professional services, education and tourism-related industries.
