Massachusetts Housing Market Still Booming, Realtors Say.

Jan. 27--Record low interest rates plus a shortage of single-family homes have resulted in 2003 being by far Massachusetts' strongest-ever year for condominium sales, a real estate organization reports.

Last year was likely to have set a record for overall sales (condos and single-family homes) as well.

Representatives from the Massachusetts Association of Realtors haven't quite made final tallies, but predict after yesterday's release of December statistics that
