Santa Clara County, Calif., Home Sales up 25 Percent in November.

Dec. 19--Santa Clara County's fall home-buying binge continued in November, with 25 percent more houses changing hands than during the same month a year earlier.

Existing single-family homes sold last month had a median price of $520,000, according to DataQuick Information Systems. That matches the record posted in June and October.

The median price of condos sold in the county rose to $347,000, up about 5 percent from November 2002.
