Deliveries of General Aviation Aircraft Plummet in Second Quarter.

Jul. 29--Deliveries of general aviation aircraft dropped markedly in the second ...uarter of 2003 with the market for business jets showing the most deterioration.

The number of aircraft delivered by general aviation manufacturers in May, June and July was 12 percent lower than for the same period a year ago. Billings fell 32 percent.

Deliveries by Wichita planemakers -- which produced 47 percent of all general aircraft planes delivered -- also were down for the .
