Boeing reports progress in building of new 777 Freighter.

US aircraft manufacturer Boeing Co (NYSE:BA) has said that the first Boeing 777 Freighter has left the factory in Everett, Washington and been moved onto the flight line.

The aircraft, Boeing's newest cargo model,

will now be prepared for flight tests this summer.

The 777 Freighter is based on the 777-200LR Worldliner passenger aircraft.

The first 777 Freighter is scheduled to be delivered to Air France in the fourth quarter of 2008.
