Enterprise Rent-A-Car today issued the following statement in the aftermath of this week's terrorist attacks on New York and Washington, D.C.:
The tragic events of Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2001,
All Enterprise customers who have already used an Enterprise vehicle for a one-way rental beginning on or after Sept. 11, 2001, and who incurred a one-way drop fee, will have the cost of the drop-fee refunded over the next month. Customers who have questions about their refunds should contact Enterprise at 877/905-7283 or via e-mail at oneway@enterprise.com.
