Aug. 11--Relatives of civilians killed in the terror attacks yesterday were pained and dismayed by former Mayor Rudy Giuliani's call for a Ground Zero memorial with special recognition for rescue workers.
"It's very disappointing, and it's a shame that Mayor Giuliani could not have said that all those wonderful and innocent people murdered in the name of freedom all deserve special recognition," said Jennie Farrell, the co-founder of Give Your Voice, a family advocacy group.
