A post-accident drug test revealed that cocaine was involved in an incident in June that turned out to be New York City Transit's worst derailment in 10 years.
An eight-car train traveling south from the Dekalb venue station in Brooklyn derailed at about 10:00 p.m., June 21, when the wheels of the third car slipped from the tracks and hit a dividing wall.
