Jan. 12--Dutch's bar in downtown Greeley reeks of history: The pub's antique safe holds a map of the original town plat and the walls are covered with photos of an era when cars had fins and 23rd Avenue was west Greeley. Dutch's made some history of its own Friday when it earned the distinction of being the first outfit in Greeley to get busted for violating the city's smoking ban.
