Q. I am a new compliance officer and I am updating our policies related to the Bank Secrecy Act. Our old policy refers to "FinCEN Form TD F 90-22.50." Con you tell me where I can find it and if it is current?

A. That form is the "Blocked Properties Reporting Form" and

is actually an Office of Foreign Assets Control document. Here is a link: http://www.occ, treas.gov/bsa/pages_m isc/forms.htm. To the best of my knowledge, it is still used to report blocked property to OFAC.
