Bonanza Bio, Design Auto indicted.

Mar. 24--NEW DELHI -- The Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) has indicted Madhya Pradesh-based Bonanza Biotech and Design Auto of duping investors to the tune of Rs 60 lakh in the stock market scam in 2001.

Based on the SFIO report, the company affairs ministry has now asked Bonanza to buy back unlisted Design Auto shares worth Rs 60 lakh it had sold in the market and cancel them.

After the companies swapped shares worth Rs 100 lakh in each other, Bonanza tried to sell the entire unlisted DAS shares it had, but
