Jun. 9--FORT LYON, Colo.--The voice boomed from the speakers across the sprawling prison yard, telling inmates they had five minutes to get to their cells for a head count.
Dressed in forest green jumpsuits, nearly 500 men made their away along the sun-washed, tree-shaded campus of Fort Lyon Correctional Facility to file back into what look like old school buildings.
The trees and grass are startling to prison workers and convicts alike, though the razor wir
