Corrections Corporation of America (NYSE:CXW) today announced that Irving E. Lingo, Jr., Executive Vice

President and Chief Financial Officer, will present at the Morgan Stanley Small Cap Conference, scheduled to be held at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, from November 17-19, 2003.

Mr. Lingo's presentation is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, November 18, 2003, at 1:30 p.m. Mountain Time/3:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
