UniSource Energy Declares Quarterly Dividend.
TUCSON, Ariz. -- The Board of Directors of UniSource Energy Corporation (NYSE: UNS) has declared a quarterly dividend for common shareholders of 21 cents per share. The dividend will be paid on December 27, 2006, to common shareholders of record as of December 12, 2006.
The declaration
UniSource Energy's primary subsidiaries include Tucson Electric Power, which serves approximately 389,000 customers in southern Arizona; and UniSource Energy Services, provider of natural gas and electric service for approximately 235,000 customers in northern and southern Arizona.
