Noodle Restaurant Opens in Greeley, Colo.

Oct. 21--Noodles & Co., a Boulder-based restaurant that serves noodles, will open today in west Greeley.

The 2,600 square-foot restaurant is in the new Country Club Plaza, 4318 9th St. Road, north of the Greeley Country Club and east of Wal-Mart. Aaron Kennedy and Ken Keymer, co-chief executive officers, said that, as part of the opening, the company will donate 100 percent of sales to the city of Greeley Recreation Department's Youth Assistance Fund, from 5-10 p.m. Nov. 6.
