PENNSAUKEN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 21, 1996--J & J Snack Foods Corp. (NASDAQ:JJSF) announced Monday that its ICEE-USA Corp. subsidiary has entered into a strategic business alliance with IMI Cornelius Inc.
Under the terms of the alliance, ICEE-USA will become the exclusive distributor
ICEE-USA is the largest FCB supplier in the United States. In addition to ICEE and ARCTIC BLAST, ICEE-USA also markets and services ARCTIC FREEZE -- a non-carbonated, frozen beverage, as well as AirPopt and KettlePop Popcorn and is supported by the entire J & J Snack Foods organization which sells its products in over 50,000 locations.
IMI Cornelius Inc. is the world's leading manufacturer of beverage dispensing equipment. In addition to FCB equipment, Cornelius manufactures post-mix and pre-mix systems, juice, tea, beer dispensers, a new line of ice cubers, ice flakers and bins plus accessories including valves, regulators, tanks, carbonators and other components.
