That could be the mantra for the spirits and wine industries in the U.S., as they continue to march onward and upward, according to the latest statistics just now being released in the Adams Handbook Advance 2007. In 2006, distilled spirits consumption rose in the U.S. for the ninth straight year, gaining more than 6.6 million 9-liter cases from 2005 to just under 176.6 million cases, an increase of 3.7%.
