HOLLYWOOD, Calif. -- TM Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:TMMG), a diversified entertainment Company, announced today that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent with celebrity Ice-T to endorse the Company's video and collectable card game (CCG), Street Credit[TM], the first urban-themed collectable card game aimed at the multi-billion dollar video game and CCG industries. The purpose of this understanding is to maximize value of various entertainment products and services, wherein TM Media Group desires the right to use Ice-T's name and likeness in connection with the promotion of the Project.

Street Credit is the first and only online video and collectible card game to incorporate urban motifs, settings, images and celebrities. The Company intends to use celebrities' names and likenesses for card-imaging and to capitalize on ancillary marketing opportunities. TM Media Group's goal is to ensure an appealing product targeted to marketplace consumer demands by creating add-ons and upgrades, as well as by establishing and supporting organized tournaments and community based professional 'Street Credit players.'

"The video game industry generates $6.35 billion in revenue annually and the leading CCGs attract five to six million users per year and contribute approximately $1 billion in revenues annually for the US game industry," stated Matt Harmon, chief executive officer of TM Media Group. "Ice-T recognizes how large these markets are and sees the potential opportunity for Street Credit as the first urban themed CCG and Video Game CCG. We believe that the unique and innovative game play of Street Credit coupled with the video game will propel us into the world of successful CCGs, just like the World of Warcraft and Pokemon CCGs."

Mr. Harmon continued, "Ice-T is a force in the entertainment industry, in addition to being a tremendous businessman, author and actor. Ice-T's talents were instrumental in creating gangsta rap and rapcore. We expect Ice-T's relationship with TM Media Group to evolve into a full blown endorsement deal. TM Media Group is beginning to illustrate and leverage our foothold in the Industry and to create a market niche for Street Credit. We believe this is just the first of many celebrity endorsements and that these endorsements, coupled with the innovation of Street Credit will solidify its place in the market. Our expansion of the Street Credit franchise is anticipated to become a strong source of future revenue for the Company and a potential catalyst in unlocking shareholder value."
