Mar. 31--The Shoppes at EastChase has added three new tenants, the first major changes since the shopping center was bought by New Plan Excel Realty Trust in November.

The shopping center, which includes two outparcels, is 95 percent occupied, said Susan Godorov, director of marketing for New Plan.

"We purchased a property with a strong merchant mix, and we appreciate the key position the property has in the local retail landscape," Godorov said. "We are building on something that's already good."
