A TINY MINORITY of contractors are just beginning to sell products and services over the Internet. An even smaller minority who are doing it well predict that they can make good money from e-commerce.
"People can buy anything they want over the Internet -- you're not going to stop it," says Seattle contractor Buzz Burgett of Northwest Mechanical. "Our job is to educate online consumers and provide meaningful engineering services, so we can be an asset."
