The American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) has published the first four in a series of position statements on decorative concrete. They are: "Appearance Requirements for Colored Concrete Slabs," "Base Preparation for Slabs on Grade," "Preconstruction Meeting for Acid Stained Floors," and "Curing Decorative Concrete."

The position statements deal with issues decorative contractors face in the field and provide the contractor's viewpoint on each topic. They may be viewed or ordered online at www.ascconline.org .
